the rooms was very clean and comfy, i like the perfect lighting. the room was spacious too and i had a balcony. the location is great, there's private beach access. i found the staff to be friendly and very helpful.

the rooftop bar closed early. i felt a bit rushed there. the cushions was collected before the official closing time, which wasn't ideal.

My stay included access to the beautiful beach! It had soft sand and clear water. I really liked the professional and helpful staff too. They always greeted me with a smile. I also appreciated the delicious food options that were available at the restaurants. I tried local dishes.

The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

The Superior Double Room included a comfortable bed and modern décor. It also had all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay, like a mini-fridge and coffee maker. It was Super clean.

The hotel had a pristine beach with plenty of loungers! There was also a very nice swimming pool with amazing views of the Arabian Gulf. I liked the option to participate in water activities, like jet skiing.

The hotel provided a convenient shuttle service to The Mall of the Emirates four times per day! This made shopping and exploring the city very easy. It was quite close to the beach.

the staff were professional and helpful, especially at the reception.

I was frustrated that the pool area lacked maintenance. Bird poo covered many chairs. plates were not cleaned quickly enough. furthermore, towels ran out by 10:30 am, i found that very annoying.
